Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days.

During high-volume periods (holidays, special events), processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible, without compromising care.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer flat-rate shipping across all provinces:

• $10 flat rate to provinces
• Free shipping on orders over $100

Carrier rates are used for shipping to territories.

Shipping rates are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped:

• Quebec: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, and peak shipping periods.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our direct control. That said, if your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to support you and find a solution.
