Introducing the Builder Bundle, a play couch with a twist. Your tiny little maker is ready to create, build and explore with this 7-piece bundle! Featuring  5" walls and doors, this set will give your child plenty of space for imaginary play.

The Builder includes:

  • 2 Doors (5 inches thick), 
  • 2 Thin walls (5 inches thick)
  • 2 Signature Flat-Top Beams
  • 1 Thick Base (5 inches thick)

The 5 inch thick "Thin Walls" will not stand on their own. They require support from other pieces to stand up.

* Note: The Builder will ship separately, directly from the manufacturer. Foam must not stay compressed in box for more than 14 days or it may be damaged. Unpack the items as soon as you receive them.

Materials

OG Cover

The OG Cover (micro-brushed velveteen) has a soft low pile and a velvety smooth finish with a subtle modelling effect throughout.

Composition: 100% Polyester. The backing is 50% cotton / 50% polyester

Manufacturing: Cover completely cut and sewn in Canada.
Fabric sourced in Canada, manufactured in China.
Commercial quality and durable.
Passes fire retardant standards without adding sprays or chemicals.

Foam Core

Composition: 100% CertiPUR-US® certified open-cell polyurethane foam. 1.5lb/ft3 foam, rated at 60 Indentation Load Deflection (ILD) unit.

Manufacturing:
- Made in Canada.
- Made without flame retardants.
- Low VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
- Free of formaldehyde, phtalates, mercury, lead and other heavy metals.

Trims

Zippers, threads and labels are all sources and manufactured withing a 5km radius of the manufacturing facility in Laval, Quebec.

Care Instructions

The OG Cover is 100% machine washable.
Wash in cold water and hang to dry to preserve the fabric’s durability and vibrant colors.
